Refund Policy: LocalLift Media is a digital content service. Because content is created and delivered immediately, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused content deliveries. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact erictwitchellfhd@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.

Cancellation Policy: All plans cancel anytime with no penalties, no contracts, and no commitments. Reply CANCEL to any content delivery email or contact erictwitchellfhd@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Privacy Policy: LocalLift Media collects only the business information you provide (business name, address, hours, contact info, social media accounts) to create and deliver your content. We never sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties. Social media accounts are connected securely through each platform's official OAuth authorization. We never receive or store your passwords.

Results vary by business. Content is personalized but performance depends on your industry, audience, and engagement.

LocalLift Media is not responsible for and assumes no liability for any account actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to content removal, reach reduction, account restriction, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Clients acknowledge that platform enforcement decisions are made solely by the platforms themselves and are outside the control of LocalLift Media. By subscribing, clients accept full responsibility for the accounts they connect to the service.
